I've been interested in adding mods to the game for clothing, weather and such but was unsuccessful. I've recently given up. I even installed script hook, lenny's mod, tried adding mods to vortex (I somehow got the game to be added) which doesn't work, added a separate mods folder using a tutorial from YouTube but nothing works.

GTA 5 works the same way, it uses around 6 gigs if you have 8GB of ram, meanwhile it uses 10-11gb if you have 16 gigs. it uses only 6gb cause your OS is using the remaining 1.5-2gb ram. game ram usage don't vary too much most of the time.
